Terms and Conditions of Use

25 Capital Partners, LLC (“25 Capital”) thanks you for visiting its website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between 25 Capital and you. If you do not accept these conditions, any use of the Site is unauthorized.

25 Capital reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time and without notice. 25 Capital recommends that you re-visit the Agreement on occasion to learn of new privacy practices or changes to its policies. Nothing contained on the Site constitutes tax, legal, insurance or investment advice, nor shall it establish any investment adviser/client relationship, fiduciary duty or similar relationship.

SEC registration

25 Capital is registered as an investment adviser with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.  Though 25 Capital may refer to itself as a “registered investment adviser,” neither that statement nor the fact of the registration itself implies a certain level or skill or training.

International Use

The Site is operated and controlled by 25 Capital in the United States. Due to the Internet’s global nature, the Site may be accessed by users in countries other than the United States. 25 Capital makes no representations or warranties that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in such locations. If it is illegal or prohibited in any country to access or use the Site, then you should not do so. Governing law

Any dispute relating to the above shall be resolved solely in the state or federal courts located in the State of North Carolina.

Entire agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement, and supersedes the provisions of any other agreements or understandings, oral or written, between 25 Capital and you with respect to your use of the Site.
